Tom Schaub is a Founder and Managing Partner of CMPartners, an international negotiation and conflict management advisory and training firm that leads the field of interdependence management. In his private practice, Mr. Schaub partners with executives and senior management who are dedicated to achieving clear and sustained results. His core clients include global leaders in defence, finance, consumer goods, and energy. Recent projects have included advising on multi-billion dollar hydrocarbon alliance, labor-management relation policy in a Gulf State, and developing a comparative market advantage in a consumer goods sales division. He has served previously as adjunct faculty to the IBM Executive Consulting Institute.
Mr. Schaub’s public practice centres on leadership capacity building, education, and direct strategic assistance. He currently works with the World Bank, various parties to the conflict in Kashmir, and The American University in Beirut.
